1. We print at a fine 0.16mm print quality for the majority of our prints and models using the latest 3D printer hardware from top manufacturers including Prusa, Bambu and Creality. 2. 3D printing is not an exact science and minor defects can occur during the print and this is normal for the inherent nature of 3d printing and must be considered before purchasing a 3D printed item. 3. We check and reprint any major defects or flaws to guarantee the best possible print for the machines capabilities. 4. Minor colour variations are possible for larger prints or multiple prints due to material changes mid print and colour variations with the manufacturer. 5. 3D Printers lay down heated plastic material in layers, This creates a unique pattern with all 3D prints and this is normal. Rounded edges can often display a more prominent printing line. 6. Seams and edges. Like with most typical injection moulded plastic item, Mould lines (Join Seams) are visible. The same happens with 3D printing when the toolhead starts a new layer and removes itself from the print. We usually place these lines at the back of the model to help hide them but they will be visible on all 3D Prints.

Flaws and Variations: Small imperfections such as visible layer lines, slight color variation, or minor surface inconsistencies may occur. These are inherent to the 3D printing process and are not considered defects. 3. No Refunds or Returns for Minor Imperfections: We do not accept returns or offer refunds for minor printing flaws that do not significantly affect the function or overall appearance of the product. 4. Custom Orders: For custom or personalized 3D printed products, please review your design carefully before purchase. We are not responsible for issues arising from user-submitted designs. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and accept these terms regarding potential imperfections in 3D printed products. 5. Product Design: Any designs created or produced by Print Promos 3D (PP3D) are not to be replicated or shared without permission. We offer a printing service and are happy to print designs created by yourself or 3rd parties however we are not responsible for any errors or copyright infringements in the design.
